We are thrilled to announce that attorney Weston Whitener has joined our Estate Planning team.
About Weston Whitener
Weston joined Davies Law Office in 2024. He helps clients craft their first wills, revocable living trusts, and a myriad of other estate plan documents. He also counsels clients on amending existing plans and guiding their family members through the Washington probate process. He especially loves providing an education for clients; his favorite part of work is converting complex legal jargon into clear understanding. In addition to his practice, Weston teaches at Trinity Law School as an adjunct legal research and writing professor.
Before DLO, Weston ran his own solo practice in northwest Washington state. He graduated from Pepperdine University Law School in 2022, where he won the Cipolla Closing Argument Competition and was admitted to the Order of the Barristers for his work in oral advocacy. Weston and his wife love walking in the woods with their son, camping, reading, and discussing old books and movies.
